How do I track my Kanopi order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website to view real-time status updates.

What is your return policy for ceiling tiles?

We accept returns on unopened, full cartons within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Do you offer shipping to residential addresses?

Yes, we ship directly to both residential and commercial addresses. Large orders may be delivered via LTL freight, in which case the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Can I request a sample before placing a full order?

Absolutely. We encourage customers to order samples to verify color, texture, and finish. Most samples are shipped via ground courier and arrive within 3-5 business days.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice damage, note it on the bill of lading before signing and contact our customer service team within 48 hours to initiate a replacement claim.

Are Kanopi products compatible with standard ceiling grids?

Most of our ceiling tiles are designed to fit standard 15/16-inch or 9/16-inch T-bar grid systems. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the product page to ensure compatibility with your existing hardware.
