Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain orders to cover specialized handling and logistics.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Shipment
Carefully repackage the items in their original, unopened packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components and documentation are included.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked carrier to the specific Armstrong distribution center address listed on your RMA form.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for resale quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
